Welcome to our beach cottage at 2079 Abbott Street! This is the view from the inner courtyard in towards the kitchen.

This is the kitchen. We have a full size fridge, a four burner stove plus oven, dual sink, new blender, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and all of the dishes you could possibly need to cook yourself a feast!

Past the kitchen you'll find a ulta-comfortable king size bed. Adjacent to the bed is a full closet for all of your clothes and luggage, hidden from sight. We have used some very nice dividers to separate the sleeping area from the entertainment area of the studio cottage. We have also used darker curtains so that you can sleep in as late as you want!

A view from the bed in towards the bathroom, which shares a wall with the kitchen. This cottage has both a shower and a bath, plus all new towels and rugs. You will definitely feel comfortable while you are away from home.

The living area includes queen futon, lazy boy recliner, table w/ four chairs, large tv with cable, dvd player, and of course wireless internet so you're always connected.

From the dining table you can watch the foot traffic on Abbott Street down below. Ocean Beach has a reputation for being San Diego's local beach hangout and is full of unique characters from all walks of life.

The inner courtyard behind the beach cottage is off of the street and completely private. Here you can sunbathe, cook up some great food on the BBQ, or even have a small get-together with friends and family. Included are plenty of comfortable chairs and a picnic table. We also have some bikes so you can take a bike ride around town and get to know the area like a true local.

There is a 30% price increase for holidays and/or peak dates.

There are no refunds if your trip gets canceled, sorry. We only have two beach cottages and they stay pretty full, so make sure you have your flight or car rental taken care of before booking your stay with us. You can pay with Visa or Mastercard, Paypal, or a bank transfer.

Our beach cottages are located at 2077 and 2079 Abbott Street, in the heart of Ocean Beach, San Diego, 92107. We are located only a few houses from the sand, 2 blocks from Dog Beach, and 3 blocks from the main street of Newport. You are within walking distance of everything in Ocean Beach! Locals consider Ocean Beach to be the last remaining classic beach town in all of San Diego. We think you'll love it.

We are located only 5 minutes from the airport and are a bike ride from Sea World, Old Town, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, and downtown.

If you surf, you'll be happy to know that we are located amidst dozens of surf breaks in a very short distance.
